I'm talking about those comfortable armchairs, large and soft, which should allow optimal viewing of the film. Unfortunately, the narcoleptic like myself inevitably lead to napping, with subsequent loss of vision in many parts or, at worst, the whole movie.
this certainly was not the case in the old rooms, tailored to the tiny Italian '50s, where the chairs (do not call them seats) in wood were placed on file twenty centimeters away from each other and designed so that to inflict permanent damage to the spine. but one thing was sure, the focus remained high throughout the projection and the pennies of the ticket were never wasted!
yes, it was better when it was worse ...
